Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to join a hybrid team. You will help advance our internal Data Science and AI/ML platform, developing Gen AI applications and reusable AI/ML components with Python in a cross-functional setting.

You will collaborate with engineers, product partners, and data scientists, delivering iterative releases and driving CI/CD improvements using Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or similar technical discipline.
• 3+ years backend software engineer experience in Python.
• 2+ years of Cloud Engineering / Services experience.
• Experience with MLOps and Gen AI – LLM, developing RAG and Multi-Agent apps.
• Experience with ML workflow orchestration tools: Airflow, Kubeflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and C/C++ (OO/FP).
• DevOps experience: Jenkins/Tekton.
• Cloud services experience, preferably GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
• Container management: Kubernetes, Docker.
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Work with Tech Anchor, PMs and Product Owner to deliver MLOps platform and Gen AI solutions on GCP using Python.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists on AI/ML initiatives.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD ecosystem and release processes.
• Automate and optimize ML development workflows and tooling.
• Lead by example with paired programming for upskilling and faster delivery.
• Leverage latest ML/Gen AI, GCP, AIOps, and Kubernetes technologies.

The Global Data Insight & Analytics organization is seeking a Software Engineer to lead and advance our internal Data Science and AI/ML platform strategy. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team, collaborating closely and consistently with other engineers, business partners, product managers, and designers. You will be involved in frequent and iterative releases. Your focus will be on software engineering, specifically in developing machine learning and generative AI applications, as well as creating reusable AI/ML components.

• Work closely with Tech Anchor, Product Manager and Product Owner to deliver MLOPs platform and Gen AI solution in GCP using Python and other tools for the data scientists and business across the company.
• Work with software and ML engineers/Data Scientist to tackle challenging AIOps and Gen AI problems.

Experience Required:
