Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance is required.
STEM degree or 6 additional years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of C/C++ and software development.
Experience with OOAD and UML; Linux OS experience.
Unit testing and software verification.
Experience with SCM and Helix tools.

Responsibilities

Develop software for military systems across the full life cycle.
Participate in design and code reviews and MI/TE meetings.
Work with hardware and software teams; manage requirements and configuration.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for development of software for military systems. Engineering duties will consist of design and development activities using software development tools including requirements management, UML modeling and configuration management applications to provide full software life cycle development (requirements analysis, design, code, integration, test, documentation, and support). Engineers will participate in software team meetings, hardware and software design reviews; technical interchange meetings, and other management meetings as needed.
