BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer focused on Rust and WebAssembly to build high-performance web applications. You will compile Rust for browser execution, balancing native performance with the flexibility of the web.

You will join a 100% remote global team, collaborating with frontend peers to define API boundaries, optimize speed, and ensure reliable WASM delivery across modern browsers. Fluency in English is required.

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Rust and systems programming.
• Proven expertise compiling Rust to WebAssembly for high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency with wasm-bindgen and integrating Rust with web-based environments.
• Deep understanding of bridging native performance with browser-based execution.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
