• Manage the system-level state machine across six subsystems, including interlocks, alarms, and fault-recovery logic.
• Develop and maintain a dual UI: on-site touchscreen and remote interface for off-site execution and lot disposition.
• Ensure version-controlled implementation traceable to architecture docs, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and formal verification.
• Support data interface integration between manufacturing and analytics systems.
