Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects.
• 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language OR 4+ years experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 6+ years relevant experience building large‑scale applications or similar experience
2. Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
3. Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Swift, or Kotlin, and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Hack
4. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
5. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
6. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

$183,997/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
