About us

What you'll do

• Build Sierra’s platform. At Sierra, we believe agent development is an evolution of software development that needs new tools and processes, and we’re on the frontier of inventing those.

• Scale with growth. We’re a fast-growing business with many large enterprises as customers. Our software, capabilities, and practices must continue to scale as we grow, including serving infrastructure, tooling, and development processes.

• Form the foundation of trust. Our customers trust us to serve their end-users; building and maintaining that trust requires a high bar on security, reliability, and performance.

• 4+ years hands‑on experience building production products and systems.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Comfortable building and shipping full‑stack solutions.

• Experience with React, Typescript, and Go.

• Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
