United States Digital Space LLC is looking for a Software Engineer specializing in PCBA design and manufacturing. This role involves developing software that interfaces with manufacturing equipment, ensuring the PCBA manufacturing process is efficient and reliable. As a Software Engineer on the PCBA design and manufacturing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining software that interfaces with manufacturing equipment on our production line, with the goal of making our PCBA manufacturing process faster and more reliable. This is a high‑autonomy role that will require building close relationships with manufacturing staff to understand issues, and coming up with software solutions interfacing with APIs or hardware that may have little or no documentation or vendor support. We are looking for people who like to own a problem from start to finish in a high‑responsibility and low‑micromanagement environment!
Pay range:
Software Engineer/Level I: $125,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
Software Engineer/Level II: $145,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at the company. Company shuttles are offered to employees for roundtrip travel from select Seattle locations to the company Redmond office Monday to Friday.
