Overview

Sr. Technical Recruiter/Sr. Talent Acquisition — Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA or Alpharetta, GA.

Type: 6-12 months+ (high chances of extension). Pay Rate: $60-65/hr on W-2.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the Paper claims intake application, including story creation, story writing, and Jira updates.
• Lead and participate in the development of innovative approaches to detect and address tech debt, anti-patterns, and advanced threats.
• Research and apply innovative methodologies, latest industry trends, and design patterns.
• Mentor and share expertise with other engineers; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as part of an influencing strategy.
• Evaluate and generate options considering software reliability, scalability, operational ease, and skillset availability.

Key Technical Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent technical education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and developing high performing and secure applications.
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) such as FIS FormWorks, Mavro, OPEX, impira, etc.; expertise in OCR editor configuration and batch support.
• Experience building and maintaining DEVOPS pipelines (GHEC) and configuring Observability platforms (Datadog).
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies; ability to develop and maintain key vendor relationships.
• Healthcare background preferred due to intake docs and claims.
• Experience with Azure AI document intelligence; DevOps pipelines using GitHub Cloud; Datadog for observability (or equivalent tools).
• Candidates from a development background (not QA) preferred.
