Web Industries in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain .NET solutions supporting ERP, MES, QMS, CRM, HRIS, and manufacturing workflows. The role emphasizes understanding business processes and integrating on-premise, hosted, and cloud systems.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in CS, strong C#/X++, SQL Server skills, and experience with Dynamics 365. This full-time role offers ESOP ownership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Solid Understanding of MS Visual Studio, .NET framework, WinForms development.
• SQL Server Transact-SQL and relational modeling.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a Team and independently.
• Must be eligible to work on government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions while supporting the organization’s standards and infrastructure using Microsoft .NET Framework
• Visual Studio C#, X++ languages along with a solid understanding of Microsoft DevOps, SQL Server
• Collaborates with end-user teams to define software requirements and acts as an internal technical advisor in the design and development of systems management tools.
• MS Dynamics 365 and data modeling
• Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming. Makes recommendations for software purchases and/or enhancements.
• Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned.
