Responsibilities include maintaining and debugging critical systems, performing root cause analysis on production issues, and collaborating with vendors to resolve defects and integration challenges. Expect on‑call support and strong DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Framework.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve defects, performance issues, and integration challenges.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Manage code deployments, releases, and environment configurations across Test, UAT, QA, and Production.
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and performance of critical applications.
• Follow and enforce DevOps best practices, including automation, monitoring, and logging.
• Participate in on‑call or support rotation, as needed.
• Develop and support API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
