Where you make an impact

We are seeking a highly motivated, team‑oriented Software Engineer to design, build, and refine software for complex multi‑system production environments. You will partner with business leaders, developers, infrastructure architects, systems engineers, and production support to deliver accessible, intuitive, cross‑browser and cross‑platform web interfaces and reliable backend services.

Responsibilities

• Translate system‑level requirements and architectures into software designs and capabilities.


• Design and implement data/database parsers, mapping various data formats into a database and/or well‑structured objects.


• Interface with systems engineers to understand models, constraints, and workflows and translate those into robust software solutions.


• Troubleshoot complex data integration issues, including data quality, schema mismatches, and synchronization errors between tools.


• Implement backend services, integrations, and automation supporting system models and engineering workflows in Java.


• Enhance and refactor existing applications to improve performance, maintainability, and usability while preserving required functionality.


• Apply configuration management, version control, and basic DevOps practices to support reliable deployment and maintenance of integration tools.


• Preferably familiar with MBSE tools and standards (e.g., SysML, Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw) and experienced developing applications that integrate databases and file‑based data sources (e.g., Excel, JSON, CSV) and MBSE tools.

• Proficiency in Java for backend development.


• Experience with data parsing, database integration, and data transformation.


• Strong problem‑solving skills in data integration contexts.

Benefits & Compensation

The annual salary range begins at $100,000+ based on qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package valued between $13,000 (single employee) and $28,000 (employee and family), along with annual performance reviews and recognition awards.
