Job summary

the company is seeking a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to the software engineering space and lead critical initiatives across Security, Systems, Databases, Networking, and more.

You will drive design, development, and delivery of highly scalable distributed software, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products within an agile lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on development experience with technical leadership in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and AI workflow design.
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Platform components (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with modern architecture and integrations (Azure Functions, REST APIs, API Management).
  • Strong programming skills: C#/.NET, JavaScript; SQL and data modeling.
  • Ability to write high-quality, efficient code, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, integration, delivery and evolution of scalable distributed software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers and partners to ship high-quality features.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to build secure, reliable enterprise software.
  • Identify risks/dependencies and communicate them to stakeholders clearly.
  • Drive technical debt reduction and currency of third-party components.

As a Software Engineering Technical Specialist, you will develop solutions in specific domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more. You will be a leader – contributing knowledge, guidance, technical expertise, and team leadership skills. Your leadership will be demonstrated in your work, to your customers, and within your teams.

Driving the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software you will integrate with other layers and offerings. You will provide deeper functionality and solutions to address customer needs. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams to get high-quality products and features through the agile software development lifecycle.

Your continuous grooming of features/user stories to estimate, identify technical risks/dependencies and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders will ensure the features are delivered with the right quality and within timeline. You will maintain and drive the clearing of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and currency of the 3rd party components within the product.

As a Software Engineering Technical Specialist, you will also coach and mentor engineers to design and implement highly available, secure, distributed software in a scalable architecture. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • At least 3+ years of hands‑on development experience combined with technical leadership in:
    • Microsoft Power Platform
    • Microsoft Azure
    • AI and agent‑based workflow design
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Dataverse (tables, plugins, security model)
    • Power Apps (model‑driven applications)
    • Power Automate (cloud‑based workflows and integrations)
  • Experience working with modern architecture and integration patterns, including:
    • Azure Functions
    • REST APIs and API Management
    • Event‑driven architecture
    • Enterprise system integrations
  • Strong programming and technical skills:
    • C# (.NET) for plugin and backend development
    • JavaScript for client‑side customization
    • SQL and data modeling
  • Demonstrated capabilities in:
    • Writing high‑quality, efficient code
    • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
    • Building scalable, secure and reliable automation solutions across enterprise environments
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Certification in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and modern software engineering practices
  • Experience leading architectural decisions in:
    • Data architecture (Dataverse and integration layers)
    • Application architecture (model‑driven applications and services)
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
