Google in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams working on large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems. You will guide project goals, help set product strategy, and mentor engineers across locations while overseeing budgets and deployments.
You will combine hands-on coding with people leadership, drive roadmaps, review designs, and ensure high-quality delivery across initiatives that span information retrieval, AI, and systems engineering.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
