Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, Missile Defense Integration BU, has an exciting Senior Software Engineer opportunity in Huntsville, AL. You will work on revolutionary missile defense systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a strong background in modeling, data analysis, embedded C++, and MATLAB, with experience in missile dynamics. Relocation assistance may be available and travel up to 10% is indicated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s STEM Degree with 3 years, or 1 year with a PhD.
  • Experience with Modeling and Data analysis.
  • Experience with tactical implementation of Missile Flight Algorithms using embedded C++.
  • Experience using MATLAB.
  • Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
