Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration Business Unit (BU), Advanced Programs group has an exciting career opportunity for a Software Engineer – Level 2 or 3 (Systems Admin/Lab Manager) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. We are a smaller team of ~15 people working on cutting edge distributed missile tracking capabilities - Join our high performing software team and come make history with us! The position is located on-site in Boulder, CO. Boulder is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and only 25 miles from downtown Denver.
The selected Software Engineer – Level 2 or 3 (Systems Admin/Lab Manager) will be responsible for ensuring effective management of the IT infrastructure while maintaining compliance with security policies and regulations. Develop security plans for specific networks and managing the auditing of the equipment on those networks. Maintaining software & hardware compliance to the latest requirements including logging, ant-virus and patching activities.

This requisition may be filled at either a Software Engineer – Level 2 or a Principal Software Engineer – Level 3.
$91,800.00 - $137,600.00
$114,000.00 - $171,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
