Motion Recruitment is seeking an iOS Engineer in Santa Monica, CA (onsite) to build mission-critical mobile apps using Swift and SwiftUI. You will own features from development to deployment, delivering robust aviation-related solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with product and design, and maintaining apps on the App Store, with opportunities to influence system architecture and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
• At least 1 year of hands-on SwiftUI experience.
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining apps on the App Store.
• Strong understanding of Apple SDKs and iOS development tools.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong debugging skills using crash reporters, logs, and debuggers.
• Experience handling production issues in live applications.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

As an iOS Engineer, you’ll work with Swift and SwiftUI to build mission-critical mobile applications that power real-time aviation operations and support the future of autonomous airfields.

Required Skills & Experience
