Job summary

Wealth.com is offering a Software Engineering Internship in the United States, designed for ambitious early career developers. You will gain hands-on experience building modern web applications, including a React-based frontend, within an Agile team.

• Improve system quality by identifying issues and SOPs.
• Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities and designing systems.

Looking to gain practical, hands‑on experience in the field of software engineering? The Wealth.com Technology Internship Program is a critical program within Technology Services that helps passionate early career professionals gain real‑world exposure to ground‑breaking technology.

Software Engineer Intern Responsibilities

• Help design, modify, define and implement technology solutions; building modern, architecturally sound components, tools and applications to meet strategic business goals.
• Participating in an Agile environment, adhering to best practices and collaborating effectively with your teammates.
• Help to build a React web application.
• Research and gather documentation to ensure the quality of user documentation; create progress reports.
• Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and develop standard operating procedures.
• Enhance applications by finding opportunities for improvement, make recommendations and design and implement systems.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or other technology‑related degree.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Solid understanding of one or more of the following programming languages, frameworks, libraries and data formats: JavaScript, React.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment; good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous professional exposure to software development and/or engineering.

Hours per week: minimum 20; up to 40.

This internship program will be June 2 - August 15, 2025.

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour.

This position is not eligible for benefits.
