Lindy is seeking a co-op engineer to work on innovative AI assistant features. You will build and improve user-facing functionalities while expanding integrations and contributing to a dynamic LLM system.
The role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from the founding team, and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects in a flexible, growth-focused environment. Compensation includes $65/hour and a $1,500 housing stipend.
Lindy is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps people run their lives - from managing schedules and communications to auditing priorities and remembering what matters. We’re building the next generation of AI agents that function as genuine coworkers, and we’re doing it fast, as a small and ambitious team.
Our engineering team is flexible by design - engineers work on whatever is highest priority, moving fluidly across the product. Because of our growth and pace of new product development, the scope you can take on here is exceptional. This isn’t a “shadow someone for four months” internship. You’ll ship real features, work directly with the founders, and have genuine ownership over your work from day one.
Lindy engineers are solving some of the most compelling problems in AI today - and as a co‑op, you’ll be in the middle of it. You’ll work on the AI assistant that helps people actually run their lives: managing communications, scheduling, priorities, and the hundred small things that eat up a person’s day.
Depending on priority, you might work on:
The tech is modern, the problems are hard, and the surface area is wide. You’ll figure out quickly what you’re great at - and we’ll give you room to go deep on it.
