Job summary

Join Our Talent Community is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to apply foundational CS knowledge and one or more OOP languages. You’ll gain rapid growth through high-impact features with coaching from veteran teammates, and present ideas to executives as part of the internship.

The role is based in Seattle or Boston with a hybrid schedule, in-person collaboration on most days and some remote options. Expect mentorship, regular 1:1s, and career guidance to help you progress rapidly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing graduation in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in at least one object-oriented language (Java, Python, Scala, Go, C#, or similar).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of software engineering and open source tech.
• Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features with Product and Design.
• Work with open source technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture design meetings.
• Ensure code quality and performance.
• Daily involvement with standups and sprint planning.
• On-site agency visits possible, including ride alongs.
