Job summary

Melius in New York City is offering a hands-on internship for aspiring engineers. You will work like a full-time engineer from day one, leading multiple projects and educating customers and teammates on complex features.

You'll dive into a stack including Next.js, NestJS, Postgres, Temporal, Turbopuffer, and a CRDT-based canvas. Expect fast feedback, direct code reviews, and meaningful ownership on impactful product areas.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a CS degree or equivalent.
• Proficient with TypeScript or capable of becoming proficient quickly.
• Experience with LLMs, tool-calling, and agent frameworks a plus.
• Attention to detail in product and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own multiple projects from day one, educating customers and teammates.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and founders, receiving real code reviews and feedback.
• Implement end-to-end agent features on the canvas and timeline editor.
• Polish canvas interactions used by thousands of creatives daily.
