Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Chicago is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience building imaginative full-stack solutions for real client challenges. You’ll join a team of engineering and product management interns to deliver a digital solution and may be considered for a full-time role after graduation.

The program includes capability training, coaching, mentorship, community service opportunities, and internship locations in Chicago for Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Working towards a BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related area
• On track to graduate between August 2027 and July 2028
• Comprehensive understanding of CS fundamentals including OOD, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Foundational knowledge of OOP languages
• Strong academic track record
• Relevant leadership experience from community involvement or employment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

Overview

A Software Engineer Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience creating imaginative solutions for our clients and see your ideas become reality. You will be on a team with other engineering and product management interns to develop a digital, full-stack solution for a real client challenge. At the end of your summer internship, you’ll be considered for a full-time position that starts upon completion of your degree program.

Other program components include:

Our internship locations for Summer 2027 will be Chicago.

The Pay Range for this internship is $30–$33 per hour.

Required Qualifications

• Working towards a BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related area
