SupportFinity™ is seeking a Software Engineer to join its team in Seattle, WA. You will work on infrastructure for quantum AI, collaborating across teams to push technology forward. This role involves designing systems for advanced quantum computing capabilities and managing Kubernetes deployments.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of software development experience. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $147,000 to $211,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
Preferred working location: Seattle, WA, USA; Goleta, CA, USA
Google’s software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. Our products need to manage information at a massive scale, and extend well beyond web search. We’re looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large‑scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day. As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast‑paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full‑stack as we continue to push technology forward.
The mission of this role is to build a computer and unlock solutions to classically intractable problems, as the roadmap is focused on advancing the capabilities of quantum computing and enabling meaningful applications. You will build and run algorithms on today’s world‑leading quantum computers, and as these machines grow from research prototypes into products, the software that orchestrates and executes quantum computations will need to transition into a form that more closely resembles traditional software products. In this role, you will design and implement systems to build and release core quantum software packages for a new quantum software product across a range of environments running team‑managed Kubernetes nodes. You will work closely with the research, product, and software team as much of this work is greenfield, representing an opportunity for high impact. The full potential of quantum computing will be unlocked with a large‑scale computer capable of error‑corrected computations.
US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000‑$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
