Job summary

Job Summary: As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) on the PayPal Honey Extension team, you’ll develop and execute both automated and manual tests to ensure seamless, high-quality releases. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to validate new features, strengthen automation frameworks, and continuously enhance our testing pipeline.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end testing process—defining test strategies, executing regression and feature testing, contributing to the automation, and driving improvements to release quality through proactive planning and rigorous test execution.

• Follows well-established internal conventions and standard procedures

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

San Jose, California : ($116,500-$173,250)

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable
