Job summary

Roc Search is looking for a hands-on QA Engineer / SDET to help build and scale quality across a rapidly growing AI product used by enterprise customers.

You will design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs, own end-to-end testing strategy and CI/CD quality gates, and collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to improve development velocity and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/SDET/Test Automation experience.
• Proficient with Playwright; Selenium acceptable.
• Experience testing APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing best practices.

• Startup-minded, highly autonomous, and comfortable owning quality from strategy through execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI/LLM-powered products.
• Background building testing infrastructure from the ground up.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
