Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Global Technology is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to design, build, and deliver trusted, scalable software across Java or Python stacks. You will work on an agile team to improve trading systems, payments, or cloud integrations, with emphasis on secure production code.

You will collaborate across teams to develop, test, and troubleshoot software, analyze large data sets, and contribute to architecture decisions while upholding engineering standards and security

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing and operations.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience in large corporate environments and with modern programming languages and databases.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, application resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python.
• Execute software solutions through design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
