Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Software Engineer III - MuleSoft Developer in Oakland to design, develop, deploy and support enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will build REST/SOAP APIs with RAML/OAS and DataWeave, while leading peers and ensuring CI/CD quality.

Qualifications

## Software Engineer III - Mulesoft DeveloperApply: Oakland, CA: Full time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: November 16, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): R0017490**What this Job Entails:**The MuleSoft Developer / Lead is responsible for hands-on design, development, deployment, and operational support of enterprise integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role ensures API-led connectivity, adherence to PG&E MuleSoft standards, CI/CD practices, and platform governance, while collaborating across business groups and Enterprise Integration (EI).**Your Roles and Responsibilities:**Design & Development Design and build APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4). Develop REST and SOAP APIs using RAML / OAS. Implement DataWeave transformations for XML/JSON payloads. Apply API-led connectivity patterns (Experience, Process, System APIs).Build, Test & Deploy Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git, Maven, Jenkins). Write and maintain MUnit test cases (functional, negative, performance). Deploy applications across environments using CloudHub and/or Runtime Fabric (RTF). Support performance testing, capacity sizing, and tuning.Platform & Governance Apply API Manager policies (security, throttling, logging). Ensure compliance with MuleSoft CAP, ARB reviews, and enterprise standards. Publish and maintain API assets in Anypoint Exchange. Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) and CAB processes.Operations & Support Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
