Job summary

Google is seeking software engineers to join our team in Mountain View to build next‑generation technologies for billions of users. You will work across projects with opportunities to switch teams as we grow.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions at scale. You will help push technology forward and contribute to high-impact systems and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of C++ programming experience.
• 2 years of Objective-C or Swift programming experience.
• 2 years of iOS application development experience.

Responsibilities

• Write product or system development code.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
