Google LLC Sunnyvale, CA, USA is seeking software engineers to develop next-gen technologies at scale. You will write product or system development code and participate in design reviews while ensuring code quality and maintainability across distributed systems and hardware-oriented contexts.

The role emphasizes managing priorities, deadlines, and delivering robust software solutions for Google Cloud and other products, with opportunities to switch teams as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience programming in C++, Python or Go.
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.

• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
• Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
