Google LLC is hiring a Software Engineer III for its Infrastructure, Core team in San Jose, CA. You will develop core infrastructure, design scalable systems, and ensure performance at scale.

You will work across the stack, review code, and contribute to documentation while collaborating with teams to drive optimization and reliability in Google's vast software ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience programming in C++.
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
• Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test developing.

US: $147000 - $210000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
