  • Travel: Travel is not authorized.
  • Type of Employment: Full-time
  • Period of Performance: 09 June 2025 to 31 August 2025 (may be renewed or extended)
  • Estimate Pay: $57.71

Working Hours:

Typically scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position will be 2 days (Monday-Tuesday) remote and 3 days on-site. Schedule may need to be flexible but will not exceed 40 hours per week or 688 hours total. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Summary:

The Systems Analyst III develops software solutions by studying information needs, consulting with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas and prepares and installs solutions by designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience, relying on judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform complex tasks independently, and potentially lead others. A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • At least 4 years experience in an Agile development environment.
  • At least 4 years familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • At least 4 years experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • At least 4 years knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) with React.
  • At least 4 years experience with GraphQL.
  • At least 4 years understanding of security best practices for web applications.
  • At least 3 years experience in building, supporting, maintaining, and monitoring mission-critical applications/systems in highly distributed environments.
  • At least 2 years experience with Cosmos.
  • At least 2 years experience with Elastic Search.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Java.
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Build and integrate front-end user interfaces with back-end APIs and data management systems.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
  • Work with enterprise platforms and cloud technologies to support application development and deployment.
