• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

• Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Expertise or strong interest in the following areas: performance debugging and optimization of complex workloads, design of performance tools, compiler design and code optimization, high-performance software development techniques, concurrent programming, multi-core computer architectures.
