Job summary

Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education. US: $147000 - $210000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with one or more ML areas (Speech/Audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or related field).
• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).

Responsibilities

• Write product or system development code.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing sources and impacts.
• Implement solutions in ML areas, utilize ML infrastructure, and contribute to model optimization and data processing.

• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
  

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in data analysis for building and optimizing machine learning models, such as neural networks and recommender systems, specifically for large‑scale Ads platforms.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Excellent statistical, quantitative modeling and forecasting skills with experience of working with large and complex data sets.
