Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an Software Engineer III to advance AI-powered developer tools and automation platforms. You will join an agile team designing, building, and delivering scalable software end-to-end, writing production-quality code that leverages modern architectures and agentic frameworks.

You will design and maintain full-stack apps, implement APIs, ensure security and observability, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years applied experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience designing and shipping production software.
• Experience with version control, code review, automated testing, CI/CD.
• Experience building/consuming APIs and services; solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability integration.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and secure coding principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications and services powering automation platforms.
• Write clean, well-tested code following best practices (code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD).
• Design and build AI-powered agents and integrate LLMs into engineering workflows.
• Build internal developer tools and platforms to improve productivity while meeting security/compliance requirements.
• Integrate ML-driven anomaly detection and telemetry with observability platforms.
• Support production systems including root-cause analysis and on-call rotations.
• Analyze usage and performance data to inform engineering decisions and drive improvement.

Job description

We're looking for a Software Engineer III to help build the next generation of Al-powered developer tools and automation platforms. You'll be part of an agile team designing, building, and delivering scalable software products end-to-end - writing production-quality code that applies modern software architecture and Al/agentic frameworks to real engineering problems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications and services (APIs, backend systems, internal tools) that power automation platforms used across the firm
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following best practices (code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, version control)
• Design and build Al-powered automation agents as software products, integrating LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAl, or similar) into engineering workflows
• Build internal developer tools, libraries, and self-service platforms that improve developer productivity while meeting security and compliance requirements
• Integrate ML-driven anomaly detection and telemetry into applications, working with observability platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana)
• Support production systems you help build, including root-cause analysis and on-call rotations
• Analyze usage/performance data to inform engineering decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
