Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Software Engineer to support the Office of Personnel and Facility Clearances and Classification (OPFCC), NA-74, in Albuquerque, NM.

This full-time position is contingent upon contract award and requires a DOE Q clearance/Top Secret eligibility. You will interpret requirements, implement solutions, and ensure security compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science required.
• 3 years software engineering experience; education may substitute year-for-year.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of CMMI processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Current DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements and create technical solutions with programming code, databases and user interfaces.
• Abide by NA-IM security and process requirements.
• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are well known to the team.
• Preparation of business requirement documents as directed.
