The candidate should have 10+ years of software development experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and solid skills in unit testing, OO design, and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• 10+ years' experience in software development.
• Working knowledge of unit testing and use cases, design patterns or equivalent experience, and object-oriented software design.
• Experience as a technical or team lead or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
• Provides short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration.
• Maintains a microservice architecture and platform-based development.
• Develops process improvement and removes impediments.
• Contributes to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications to assist teams with release commitments.
• Coaches and mentors leads through technical and nontechnical challenges.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay Range

USD $111,496.00 - USD $139,370.00 /Yr.
