Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new automations based on prioritized business needs.
• Automate manual and repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Enhance and update existing automations as business processes and requirements change.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support and maintenance for existing automations.
• Test automation solutions and incorporate appropriate validations, logging, exception handling, and other controls.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, test solutions, and support implementation.
• Maintain documentation and transfer knowledge to internal team members to support ongoing ownership.
• Support the automation team in managing development backlogs and delivering well-defined automation initiatives.
