Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience (full-stack or backend).
• Solid algorithms, data structures, and coding fundamentals.
• Worked with design and product teams to understand needs and turn them into end-user features.
• Contributed to scalable, fast, robust web-based solutions that solve complex business problems.
• Exposure to web infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, git, test automation, and build/deploy systems.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, reliable backend services and web interfaces to solve customer problems.
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones to improve performance.
• Own well-scoped features and components, from design through delivery.
• Work with senior engineers to clarify requirements and contribute to technical designs.

• Write well-tested code, and give and receive feedback in code reviews.
• Work with product, design, and other XMD teams, and join daily stand-ups to deliver value to customers.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
