  • Be responsible for interface design, technical documentation, automated testing, and unit testing for assigned work.
  • Work effectively within a small, collaborative team and complete assigned work with limited supervision.
  • Make sound technical decisions within assigned features or functional areas while seeking guidance for decisions with broader product impact.

  • Develop new product features and support, maintain, and troubleshoot existing functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across the application stack, including frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, and integrations.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, both by submitting code for review and reviewing the work of other engineers.
  • Follow established procedures, standards, and methodologies related to software development, testing, security, and release management.
  • Contribute feedback and suggestions for improving engineering processes, development practices, and product quality.
  • Share knowledge with other team members through documentation, technical discussions, pairing, and informal mentoring.
