Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Software Engineer II for the Reliability Insights team in New York. You will design and build data pipelines and automated ground-truth evaluation frameworks to quantify AI agent performance, drift, and incident mitigation in production.

• 3+ years in backend and data pipeline engineering.
• Experience with data platforms and distributed processing.
• Understanding of model evaluation concepts (precision, recall, drift).
• Experience with GitHub, containers (Docker), and cloud deployments (AWS/EKS).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools to boost velocity.
• Strong analytical skills translating telemetry to insights.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and APIs for AI observability.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to track model precision, recall, and drift.
• Link AI outputs to incident lifecycles and measure business impact.
