Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
• Hands-on experience in system design, app development, testing, and operational stability
• Experience in full stack and automation engineering
• Experience building solutions using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude Code
• Proven ability to integrate visual regression and accessibility testing into UI automation frameworks
• Champion a shift-left testing culture with TDD practices
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI-assisted software development tools
• Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, security
• Experience across the SDLC and agile methods like CI/CD, resiliency, security

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solution design, development, and troubleshooting
• Writes secure, high-quality code using familiar languages with limited guidance
• Leverages enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with awareness of upstream/downstream systems
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation value
• Applies troubleshooting to resolve basic complexity problems
• Gathers and analyzes large data sets to inform secure, stable app development
• Learns and applies processes for secure, stable code and systems
• Designs and develops scalable UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright
• Implements POM and data-driven testing frameworks to improve maintainability
• Integrates visual regression and accessibility testing into UI automation for quality
