Capstone Technology Partners in Hanover, MD is seeking a Software Engineer for ICAM web development (SWE3) with TS/SCI with MD poly security clearance. The role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining high-availability enterprise web services that support attribute-based access control and interface with LDAP and microservices.

You will leverage Java, REST, Git, Maven, JUnit, and CI/CD in GitLab to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Formación

• TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph is required.
• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or computer science; an additional 4 years of experience can substitute for the degree.

Responsabilidades

• Support software design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of enterprise web services.
• Enable Attribute Based Access Control via web services and integration with a COTS LDAP directory.
• Collaborate with other microservices and libraries for secure, scalable solutions.
• Write unit tests and participate in CI/CD using GitLab pipelines.

This position is for a Software Engineer to support mission-critical web service development in support of an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solution. Technical responsibilities include support for software design, development, integration, testing, and operational maintenance of highly available, enterprise level services. The web services support Attribute Based Access Control by returning attributes and access decisions. The services integrate with a COTS LDAP directory and interface with other microservices and libraries.

• High level of proficiency and skill with Java software development
• Experience generating and maintaining REST services.
• Proficient with Git version control and Maven build tools.
• Familiar with Linux environments
• Skilled at building robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
• Ability to write unit test cases using Junit/Mock testing frameworks.
• Experienced with automated builds using Gitlab Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• PKI encryption and authentication
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

Required:

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• 8+ years of Softwaare Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years.
• 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
