Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions SHARK program for new grads who refuse to settle for ordinary. You'll join a year-long journey with immersive training, executive mentorship, and high-visibility technical projects that fast-track you to fintech engineering leadership.

Begins July 2027 with in-office 4 days/week in Austin, Dallas, New York, or Chicago (Relocation Assistance Available).

• Build and test LLM integrations, AI agents, and automation that impact live systems.
• Lead strategic initiatives across AI development, system architecture, and automation.
• Collaborate with home team to deliver high-visibility fintech engineering work.

What We're Looking For

• Available to start July 2027 alongside your SHARK cohort
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field
• Typically3.0+ GPA (exceptional candidates with strong leadership encouraged to apply). Transcript required in the application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; thrives in technical ambiguity and complex systems
• Demonstrated technical leadership through internships, open-source contributions, or significant projects
• Strong communicator who can influence at all levels and explain technical concepts clearly
• Genuine curiosity about fintech and building scalable financial products
• Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Salary Range

$80,000-$100,000

The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
