Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a skilled software engineer to advance developer-facing APIs and native modules within a multi-platform framework. You’ll contribute C++ code, strengthen React Native integration, and improve SDK packaging and documentation to help partner teams adopt framework capabilities efficiently.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building libraries, SDKs, frameworks, or other reusable platforms.
• Solid C++ fundamentals including memory ownership, API boundaries and performance-aware implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve developer-facing APIs, native modules, framework components, and integration paths.
• Contribute to native framework code in C++.
• Improve framework integration with React Native and native services.
• Enhance SDK packaging, templates, samples, and docs for easy adoption.
• Maintain backward compatibility and clear versioning for framework APIs.
• Add tests, validation notes, and sample coverage for framework changes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product, UI and application teams to land maintainable solutions.
