Zebra Technologies in Lincolnshire, IL is looking for a Software Engineer I to analyze, design, develop, and maintain software for our products and systems. You will collaborate on software and hardware integrations to ensure performance and consistency, while creating documentation and validating functionality.

As a Software Engineer I you will analyze, design, develop, and maintain software solutions for the organization’s products and systems. You will collaborate on system integrations of software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and program consistency. You will develop, validate, and test structures, user documentation, and software functionality. Work may be reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Follows established processes and directions.
This position requires hybrid work (3 days/week in office) in the Lincolnshire, IL office. This position is expected to start in Summer 2027.

$68,400.00 - $102,600.00 Annual
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
