Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's Degree.
• 3-5 years of related software development experience.
• Experience writing, testing and debugging code.
• Ability to design and develop software modules under guidance.
• Troubleshoot defects and collaborate to translate requirements into code.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Learn new languages, frameworks and tools as needed.
• Support testing efforts including unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with writing, testing and debugging code in accordance with project specifications and coding standards.
• Assist with design and development of software applications, modules or features under the guidance of the project manager or senior developer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic software defects and bugs.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and translate them into functional code.
• Document code and maintain technical documentation as assigned.
• Participate in team meetings, stand-ups and planning sessions.
• Learn and apply new programming languages, frameworks and tools as needed.
• Support testing efforts, including unit testing and basic quality assurance tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
