Join a seed-stage AI company in San Francisco building a platform that enables logistics and supply-chain businesses to create AI agents capable of handling complex, high-stakes operational workflows.
The company works with some of the world's largest logistics providers, including businesses across freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, third-party logistics, and trucking.
With a deliberately lean team of approximately 14 people, the company focuses on building customer-driven features directly into its core platform, rather than creating separate products for individual customers.
This is an opportunity to join an early-stage engineering team where you will have significant technical ownership, influence architectural decisions, and help build the core product used by major logistics and supply-chain companies.
The company values engineers who can work independently, think from first principles, and take responsibility for delivering complete solutions rather than simply executing predefined tickets.
Important: The company prioritises technical ownership, architectural depth, and the ability to deliver meaningful results over years of experience alone. Candidates who primarily execute tickets without taking ownership of broader technical decisions are unlikely to be a fit.
Experience in logistics or supply-chain technology is a plus, but not required.
There are no formal application questions. Before submitting, candidates must confirm that they can work on-site in San Francisco five days per week and meet the company's work authorisation requirements.
