Thread AI in New York City is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to join a small, collaborative team responsible for building an AI-native workflow platform. You’ll work in an iterative environment to bring our technology to users worldwide, ensuring it’s delivered safely and reliably.

You will work with React and TypeScript to deliver high-quality user experiences, contribute to design and testing, and participate in CI/CD practices while receiving equity as part of a full-time, in-person

• 4+ years of production React experience using Typescript.
• A proven track record of delivering successful creative projects and designing innovative and delightful user experiences.
• A strong emphasis on high decomp skills, with the ability to think creatively to develop effective solutions to complex design challenges.
• Ability to balance creative quality with project delivery expectations.
• Work experience with software development best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD.

We are looking for an experienced frontend engineer to join our team. What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of production React experience using Typescript

Compensation

$145,000 - $220,000 + Equity

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national or U.S. lawful, permanent resident.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our New York City office.
