Job summary

CircuitHub, Inc. is building The Grid, a factory-scale robotics platform for small-batch electronics. The role focuses on shaping customer experience and internal tool UX, while driving design-system cohesion across web apps and factory screens.

You will own product end-to-end, from user conversations to deployment, and leverage coding agents to boost velocity and quality. Equity is offered with performance-based outcomes.

Qualifications

• Shipped full-featured web apps using TypeScript and React.
• Strong eye for both UI and UX design with a portfolio.
• Experience owning a product end-to-end from user talk-through to deployment.
• Comfort with using coding agents to accelerate work and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Shape the customer experience with Uploading, quoting and ordering flows.
• Make internal tools a pleasure by improving admin dashboards.
• Design for the factory floor so operators read screens at a glance.
• Own the design system, aligning brand, components and patterns.
• Design for agents and review how AI agents shepherd work.

What you\'ll do

• Shape the customer experience. Upload, quoting, ordering and our board viewer on circuithub.com.


• Make internal tools a pleasure. Our admin dashboard runs purchasing, planning, recruiting and the AI agents that do more and more of the work. Make dense, data-heavy screens clear and fast.


• Design for the factory floor. Screens operators read at a glance while robots move around them.


• Own the design system. Bring our brand, components and patterns together across web apps and machine screens.


• Design for agents. Work out how people should review, steer and trust the work of AI agents.

What we look for

• You\'ve shipped full-featured web apps in TypeScript and React, and you can show us.


• A real eye for design, both UI and UX. A portfolio we can look at matters more than a job title.


• You enjoy owning a product end to end, from talking to users to deploying.


• You use coding agents to move faster and take full ownership of what they produce.


• Bonus: data visualisation, Elm or other functional languages, industrial or operator interfaces.
