Job summary

Cintal, Inc. seeks a software engineer to develop and support C++ applications while modernizing legacy FORTRAN systems and contributing to simulation, analytics, and optimization tools.

You will analyze, troubleshoot, and improve performance, collaborate with engineering teams on project deliverables, and participate in testing, debugging, and documentation. Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years software development experience.
• Experience with C++ programming.
• Exposure to legacy system modernization is a plus.

• Document software designs and improvements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0 to 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience with C++ programming preferred.
• Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Exposure to legacy system modernization is a plus.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in C++ programming
