NiCE is seeking an experienced Advanced Post-Sales Consultant to drive projects from PoC to full implementation, shaping architectural best practices in AI-enabled solutions. You will deliver technical training, create precise documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

The role requires experience with Cognigy or similar platforms, strong front-end (HTML/CSS) and back-end development skills, and a proven ability to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience with Cognigy or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Front-End Design: HTML and CSS.
• Back-End Development: server-side applications and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex projects from pilot/PoC to full implementation.
